How YORYX collects, uses, and protects your data.

This policy explains what personal and company data YORYX processes when you use our products (SALDO, SELLO, ORDO and related services), and the rights you have under Moroccan data-protection law (Law 09-08) and the CNDP.

What this policy covers

Data we collect

Account details (name, email, Yoryx ID), company identifiers (ICE, IF, RC), the documents you upload (invoices, bank statements, receipts), and technical usage data needed to run the service.

How we use your data

To deliver e-invoicing, document signing, OCR extraction and accounting features, to meet legal and tax obligations, to secure your account, and to improve the service. We do not use your documents for advertising.

Legal basis

We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of your consent where required. Processing is declared to the CNDP in accordance with Law 09-08.

How long we keep it

Fiscal documents are kept for the legal retention period (10 years under Moroccan tax law). Raw uploaded scans are deleted shortly after processing; extracted data is kept only as long as needed for your accounting and legal duties.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us; you may also lodge a complaint with the CNDP.

Sharing and security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We share it only with the processors needed to run the service (e.g. hosting), under contract, and never sell it. Access is restricted to your organization.
